Clyde E. McKenzie
Tellurex Corporation

Mr. McKenzie is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tellurex Corporation of Traverse City, Michigan. Tellurex is a world leader in thermoelectric technology. He co-founded McKenzie Curtiss-Lusher & Associates LLC and MC-L Holdings LLC in 2004. The first entity is a consultancy working with privately owned businesses in the areas of valuation, due diligence and strategic planning. The latter entity is invested in a variety of emerging businesses and in real estate. MC-L Holdings owns 28% of the stock of Tellurex.

In 2001, Mr. McKenzie was one of three principals that created Strategic Asset Management LLC ("SAM"). SAM invested in a series of real estate syndicates and other businesses in Europe and in the U.S. SAM also founded and operates Nexus Resources LLC, a successful oil and gas exploration and production company active in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Nexus has spun off a variety of special purpose oil and gas related investment partnerships. He is a director of Nexus.

Mr. McKenzie was an executive in various capacities in commercial banking, oil and gas exploration and production and the natural gas pipeline and services industries for over 25 years. His last assignments in banking were as Senior Vice President and manager of the energy-lending group of First Interstate Bank of Denver (now a Wells Fargo bank). He served first as Vice President of Business Development and subsequently as Vice President and Treasurer reporting to the chairman of Apache Corporation, one of the largest of the independent energy companies that explores for, develops and produces oil and natural gas world wide (NYSE: APA). He was Chief Financial Officer of KN Energy, Inc., an integrated energy services provider, when KN acquired Kinder Morgan, Inc.

He has served on the Board of Directors of Tom Brown, Inc., a Midland, Texas, NYSE-traded oil and gas exploration and production company (since acquired by Encana), and on the boards of a variety of energy industry and community organizations. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League for the Rocky Mountain States (he resides in Boulder, Colorado).

Mr. McKenzie holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he and his wife, Harriet, have endowed a scholarship for in-state undergraduate students in financial need.
