D. Theodore (Ted) Berghorst is Chairman and CEO of Vector Securities International, LLC and Chairman and CEO of Vector Managed Holdings, LLC. Vector Securities is a Chicago-based investment banking firm focused exclusively on the healthcare and life sciences industries, including medical technology and biotechnology. Vector Managed Holdings is a private company involved in investment management, real estate development, and other professional management ventures. Previously, Mr. Berghorst served as Group Head and Managing Director of the Prudential Vector Healthcare Group, a unit of Prudential Securities, Inc., and, earlier, a Managing Director at Kidder Peabody & Co., Inc.

Mr. Berghorst serves as Chairman of Vector Asset Management, Inc. (Deerfield, IL), and is a Director of Atritech, Inc. (Minneapolis, MN). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and a Member of the Board of Visitors of the Edmund T. Pratt, Jr. School of Engineering at Duke University.

Mr. Berghorst received an MBA degree from Northwestern University and a BBA degree from the University of Michigan.
