Interested Entrepreneurial MAP sponsors are encouraged to contact the MAP offices. Below is a brief timeline of the MAP process during the academic year.

The MAP office begins to accept submissions from a wide variety of companies from all over the world starting in early September and continuing until December. Interested companies can fill out this proposal form. During December, projects are reviewed and, if they meet appropriate standards, are accepted by the MAP office.

Starting in January, MBA students begin to bid upon the available projects and MAP teams are formed. Students and companies are notified of their MAP team members and the MAP Kick-off event is held in the beginning of March. In April, when the project is complete, students schedule a presentation with faculty advisors and the sponsor liaison and submit their final written report.
